The Pirates notch their
first win of the season by crushing the Reds on their home field, 12-1. The
offensive barrage was led by Chris Terry who finished the night 3 for 4 with 2
HR's and 6 RBI's. Mike Cragg was also in the zone going 3 for 3 with a home
run, 2 RBI's and 1 SB. Eric Heath also had a home run.
David Stinson (1-0) pitched outstanding in his season debut, allowing only one hit over five innings. Other notables: Devon Albert pitched two shutout innings. Ricky Driggers had 3 hits, Dave Stinson had two hits.
